A Double Occupancy suite located in Denver off of Mississippi and Parker.
I'm looking to add a talented, motivated and fun stylist to join my team!
This is a single suite with 2 booths available for rental. Comes already furnished with all of your essentials including decor, chairs, station with mirrors, 1 TV, 1 Dryer (an additional dryer can be added per request) 1 shared sink, and storage cabinets and shelves
All utilities included (water, electricity and WiFi) Can advertise and sell any product of your choice. No commission, what you make, you keep! Plenty free street parking for guests. You have 24/7 access to the suite.
This space is great place for two established stylist, with the comfort and intamcy for you and your clients, making them want to return!
This is a booth rental.
Price is based on 1 Booth rental
Daily ($50 per day) no contract must pay each day prior to start
Weekly ($165 per week) no contract must pay each day prior to start
Monthly lease ($150 per week or $600 for the month) contract required
6 month or 1 year lease ($140 per week or $640 for the month) contract required
If you would like to rent the entire room and have someone work with you, we can work out an agreement
I work in the adjoining room in my persoan suite as a Braider/Loctitian and looking for 2 other people to join my team! Preferable a Barber, weave specialist, Color Specialist, or Haistylist.
